Thieves Coffee strives to bring the diverse world of Australian specialty coffee to you in an accessible, convenient, and exciting manner. What sets us apart from other coffee subscription services is that every month we partner with a different Aussie specialty coffee roaster to be featured in our subscription box. We carefully curate a line-up of twelve roasters every year (one new roaster a month) to provide a discovery experience for those looking to explore the dynamic world of specialty coffee.

Shipping is free Australia-wide for all coffee subscriptions and gift subscriptions. However, please note that this offer does not extend to one-off coffee purchases, international orders, store items, or machines.

By default we sent out a new featured coffee every month. We can change the interval that works with you the best. Want it weekly, fortnightly etc? No worries! Our customer service team is here with recommendations and great brewing tips, reach out by email hello@thieves.coffee or online chat. New roaster only change by calendar month, same coffee will be delivered if orders made within the same month.

The first box will be dispatched as soon as possible to the address used at checkout, featuring the current coffee selection. Subsequent boxes will be sent monthly, starting from the signup date. Shipping notifications will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Each month brings a delightful new variety of carefully selected specialty coffee, choose from featured espresso or filter coffee, Dark roast if you prefer something bold and roasty, Or something more uniqe from our reserve filter, not to forget the decaf too. One thing you can always anticipate is an eclectic and inspiring delivery of diverse flavours and experiences with every monthly delivery.
